Terms and Conditions

The rules that apply when you access or use the SupportPage website and service.

Last updated August 31, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SupportPage website, applications, hosted support pages, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking to accept these terms, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

What SupportPage provides

SupportPage helps organizations create hosted support forms, receive and manage support requests, communicate with requesters, and provide request status updates. Features may include custom domains, file attachments, email notifications, reply-by-email, spam protection, and subscription billing.

We may add, change, or remove features from the Service. Some features may be subject to additional instructions or terms shown when you use them.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account. Keep your password and other credentials confidential, use reasonable security practices, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

You may configure notification email recipients to receive support request notifications and replies by email. Notification recipients do not receive account access or permission to manage your support page.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the text, files, form responses, branding, and other content that you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant SupportPage a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. Files submitted through a support form are stored privately. Logos and favicons you upload for branding are stored as public files so they can be shown on your public pages and in related email.

You are responsible for Customer Content and confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to collect, use, and submit it to SupportPage. If your support page collects information from other people, you are responsible for providing any notices and choices required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or facilitate harm.
  • Submit or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, excessively harmful, or designed to deceive.
  • Send spam, malware, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that interferes with another person’s use of the Service.
  • Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
  • Circumvent rate limits, spam protections, access controls, or subscription restrictions.
  • Use the Service to build or operate a competing service by copying its non-public features or data.

Subscriptions and payments

New accounts receive a cardless generic trial without providing a payment method. This trial is not a Stripe subscription, does not renew, and ends automatically on the date shown at signup or in your account. Access ends when the trial expires; no cancellation action is required. If you have finished setting up your account and have not selected a plan, we may email you a reminder with a link to billing when one day of the trial remains.

Paid Stripe subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing cycle selected at checkout. If you submit a payment method during the cardless generic trial, any remaining trial time may carry over to your Stripe subscription as a Stripe trial. A Stripe subscription, including one with that carried-over trial, renews automatically at the end of its trial and each subsequent billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal; the payment method on file is charged.

Prices, taxes, and applicable discounts are shown at checkout or in the Service. You authorize our payment processor, Stripe, to process charges for your subscription. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are nonrefundable.

You may cancel future renewals of a Stripe subscription through the billing settings in your account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation. We may suspend paid features for failed or overdue payments.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service in a way that could harm SupportPage or others. We may also discontinue the Service, but will take reasonable steps to provide notice where practical.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain or delete Customer Content according to our Privacy Policy, our legal obligations, and our legitimate business needs. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related obligations, will survive termination.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by SupportPage or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. They do not transfer any SupportPage intellectual property to you.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Third-party services

The Service may connect to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, cloud hosting, authentication providers, and spam-protection services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SupportPage is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, including their availability, security, or content.

Service availability

We work to keep SupportPage available and reliable, but the Service may be changed, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security issues, events outside our control, or other reasons. You are responsible for maintaining copies of Customer Content that you need outside the Service.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportPage and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to SupportPage for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless SupportPage and its providers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, or your breach of these terms. We will provide reasonable notice of a claim and cooperate with you at your expense.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Service or applicable law changes. We will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may also notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
